Founder/President

Rod has lived in Tennessee all his life…raised and educated in Nashville. He has acquired 30 years of experience in Contract Security in both Armed and Unarmed services. His leadership abilities have earned him titles such as Site Supervisor to Director of Security. Rod founded Triadon Security, LLC because he believed his knowledge would allow him to do things differently in the Security Industry.

Chief Executive Officer

Nita brings an expansive resume’ in experience that ranges from Business Management/Human Resources to Strategic Planning/Implementation. Her customer skills have led her to having an impeccable reputation in guest/client relations globally and nationally. Nita strikes the perfect balance necessary in the security industry.

Vice President of Operations

Fred is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, who from there, built a 30 year career in the Security Industry. His experience covers: Corporate Security/Loss Prevention, Aviation; Head of Security, Hotel/Hospitality; Director of Loss Prevention, Retail; and Directory of Security, Healthcare Systems. Fred believes that leadership is rooted by example. He’s dedicated and reliable.
